What are Official Networks?
Official Networks are networks of which have channels that are owned and maintained by BNC4FREE and its staff. These channels are often used to provide clients with a basic level support (e.g Problems that don’t warrant a support ticket but are still a problem). News from our website and any messages we post on Twitter or Facebook are also published in these channels. Users in these channels will also receive all the latest information regarding maintenance and updates as soon as we publish the information.
