Network List

Due to certain restrictions on some IRC Networks and our server capabilities and security implications that we have to take into account, we have a proposed list of networks that we do not allow our IRC Bouncers to connect to. The list is as follows:

  • DALNet - irc.dal.net (Disallowed due to users DoS attacking hostnames - no hidden host mode)
  • uStream - irc.ustream.tv (Disallowed due to password requirements on connect causing timeout loops)
  • WyldRyde - irc.wyldryde.com (Disallowed on request of the operators at the network)
  • mYktm - irc.mYktm.com (Disallowed on request of the operators at the network)
  • DeepSpaceIRC - irc.deepspaceirc.com (Disallowed due to ip bans)
  • VortexIRC - vortexirc.homeip.net (Disallowed by BNC Staff)
  • TemDRD - irc.teamdrd.com (Issues with Network Staff previously - Disallowed)
  • Link-Net - irc.link-net.org (Disallowed due to network rules - May be discussed with opers at a later date)
  • All-Network - irc.big.net.id, *.allnetwork.org (Disallowed due to previous abuse by several users)
  • MobileIRC - *.mobileirc.net - (IP Spoofing not permitted including BNC’s/Proxies)
  • BeagleIRC - irc.thebeagleclub.net (The network is ran by immature operators and banned by staff)
  • ConnectTek - irc.connecttek.net (The network founder banned our services for no identifiable reason)
  • SDXHost - irc.sdxhost.com (The network founder banned our services for no identifiable reason)





    • Other networks can be restricted at times due to session limits defined by the irc servers. If we dont have enough ip’s to cover the amount of requests, we many not be able to process it. The following list of known servers are affected by this:

  • GTANetwork - irc.gtanet.com irc.multitheftauto.com (and leafs)
  • Rizon - irc.rizon.net (and leafs)
  • FreeNode - irc.freenode.net (and leafs)
  • EFNet - irc.efnet.net (and leafs)
  • QuakeNet - irc.quakenet.net (and leafs)
  • TechnoIRC - irc.technoirc.net (and leafs)
  • GeeksIRC - irc.geeksirc.com (and leafs)
  • InfinityIRC - irc.infinityirc.co.uk (and leafs)
  • UnderNet - irc.undernet.org (and leafs)
  • StaticBox - irc.staticbox.com (and leafs)
  • DeltaBox - irc.deltabox.net (and leafs)
